Yoga at Bear Mountain Music Hall
Join a gentle yoga class at the Bear Mountain Music Hall & see if this yoga is right for you right now!
The class will be taught by Laurie Phillips, a 500-hour Kripalu certified yoga teacher. Laurie lives in Norway & currently also teaches yoga in Otisfield & Casco.
Bring a yoga mat if you have one and a blanket or large towel.
The class will run on Wednesday's at 5:15 through the summer and is by donation with all donations going to the building renovation fund.

This will be an evening of originals by by both Ken and Laurie and a few of their favorite songs that are other people's originals! Come on over and be part of the magic they create!
As always, the concert is free, donations are gratefully accepted. There will be a reception after the concert.

Join us as Marci Starr Brennan shares her gift of playing the Crystal Bowls for an amazing evening of energy and vibrations! Sound vibrations can empty/clear your mind, calm your body & add dimension to your life! Bring a mat or blanket to be comfortable and allow yourself to fully experience this magical evening.
